Capygram

Phone-mineable layer 1 with a genuinely fair launch · $CAPY

Every crypto cycle produces a hundred projects that use the word 'fair' and one or two that mean it. Capygram is in the second group, and the evidence is refreshingly boring to verify: no presale, no private round, no premine, no founder coins, no VC tranche unlocking into your bids in eighteen months. One hundred percent of the 288 trillion CAPY max supply is distributed through mining, and anyone with a phone or a web browser can start earning it for free. That single design decision resolves the structural problem that quietly ruins most token launches — the people with the cheapest coins are never the people building the network — and it is why this review ends the way it does.

The mining model is the heart of the project and it is delightfully accessible. There is no rig, no GPU, no electricity bill, no technical setup. You sign up, choose browser mining or the mobile app on Android or iOS, and you are mining inside roughly two minutes. Sessions run in twelve-hour blocks and continue from your account while you are offline, so the network does not quietly punish people with one device and a normal sleep schedule. Your rate scales with your CapyLevel, daily check-in and mining streaks, and the referral network you build — participation, in other words, rather than capital. It is the most genuinely permissionless on-ramp into a new asset we have reviewed: the barrier to entry is a phone you already own.

The emission design deserves particular credit for being written down in advance and in full. Capygram runs two distribution programs of 144 trillion CAPY each: VTM, virtual token mining, with genesis on 28 February 2026 and 280-day cycles; and SCTM, smart-contract token mining, estimated to begin between February and June 2027 with 180-day cycles. Each program passes through seven reward-halving events, making the emission rate 128 times scarcer by the start of cycle eight, with full distribution completed across 28 cycles. The dates are published down to the day — VTM halvings from December 2026 through July 2031, SCTM halvings from December 2027 through December 2030. Anyone who wants to model future supply can do it today with arithmetic rather than faith. That is what credible monetary policy looks like, and almost nobody in this category publishes it this plainly.

The roadmap is equally legible. Virtual mining went live on 28 February 2026. The one-year anniversary in February 2027 brings a Big Pay Day event. The estimated mainnet launch — the Capygram layer 1 blockchain itself, together with smart-contract mining — lands between February and June 2027. This is a project deliberately front-loading distribution and community formation before shipping its chain, which is the reverse of the usual order and, we would argue, the smarter one. A layer 1 that arrives with millions of holders who mined their coins for free starts life with something that cannot be bought: an actual constituency.

What separates Capygram from the long list of tap-to-mine tokens is that it already has somewhere for the token to live. The Capygram Network is a full social platform describing itself as a next-generation social media experience where users can make money, mine tokens, join or create social networks and have fun with friends. That is not a placeholder promise — the app directory is populated and running. CapyMining handles free mining with referral and streak mechanics. CapyPets lets you adopt and raise virtual dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and capybaras. CapyFood turns you into a virtual restaurateur, designing menus and pricing dishes in tokens while friends order and you earn. CapyPages converts your photos into printable coloring pages. CapyStyles does virtual outfit try-on with AI, CapyImageEditor handles background removal and creative edits, CapyToons turns photos into anime, comic, watercolor or Pixar-style art, CapyMemes runs template memes with a public gallery, and CapyDesigns generates print-on-demand graphics for shirts, posters, cases, stickers and mugs.

Taken together, that catalogue is doing serious economic work. Categories span cryptocurrency, make money, metaverse, productivity and artificial intelligence, which means CAPY is not sitting in a wallet waiting for a listing — it is being spent on food orders, pet upgrades, designs and creations inside apps people use for fun. Circulation driven by play is far healthier than circulation driven by speculation, and it is the ingredient almost every fair-launch mining project has been missing. Capygram built the demand side and the distribution side at the same time.

The community numbers reflect that the pitch is landing. Members span over 150 countries across every continent, which is exactly the footprint you would expect from a project whose only hardware requirement is a phone. Free phone mining is the single most effective distribution mechanism crypto has found for reaching people outside wealthy markets, and Capygram has leaned into it fully rather than treating emerging markets as an afterthought. A monetary network's legitimacy comes from how widely and how honestly its units were distributed, and on that measure Capygram is already ahead of assets with a decade's head start.

The honest caveat is timing: the layer 1 mainnet and smart-contract mining are still ahead, with launch estimated between February and June 2027, and the team says so openly rather than implying the chain already exists. We would rather review a project that publishes an estimate and a range than one that quietly slips a date. Notably, every commitment already made — the max supply, the 50/50 program split, the zero-allocation launch, the halving calendar — is the kind of promise that is verifiable against published numbers, and the mining product shipped on the date it said it would.

Cometcoin awards a 10.0. Capygram takes the hardest and least profitable path available to a token project — give the entire supply to the miners, charge nobody anything, publish the schedule in advance — and then does the harder thing of building an ecosystem worth spending the token in. It is scalable by design, fair by construction, genuinely fun to use, and open to anyone holding a phone. This is what a fair launch is supposed to look like.

Strengths

  • No presale, no premine, no VC allocation, no founder coins — 100% of supply mined
  • Free to mine from a phone or web browser in about two minutes, no hardware cost
  • Seven halving cycles per program make emissions 128x scarcer by cycle eight
  • A real consumer app surface — CapyMining, CapyPets, CapyFood and more — around the token
  • Community already spans members in over 150 countries before mainnet

Concerns

  • Mainnet and smart-contract mining are still ahead on the roadmap, estimated mid-2027

Verdict

Capygram does the thing almost nobody in this industry does: it gives the entire supply away to the people who show up. A free phone-mineable layer 1 with a published halving schedule, zero insider allocations and a genuinely fun social ecosystem attached. Exceptional on principle and on execution.
